well, im from Algiers Capital of Algeria, i would like to get a Student-Visa to Ireland, i had a Student'insription in an International School in Kerry, thet told me i have to go to Cairo to the Irish Embassy to get a visa, i don't know reallly how to do, i need all nécessaire informations please

I am writting to you to give further information about getting the visa to Republic of Ireland.
i am algerian and my fiancé is an irish citizen livin and exceeds trity rights in London.I have known her for almost three years.We wanted to get married there but i wasn't allowed as i was illegal for 2 years,so i went back to my country in last september,then i applied for a Fiancé visa in December 2008 i delivered all the evidences they asked me for(photos,my voluntary departure,flight tickets for my fiancé,bills that we lived together from july2008,religious mariage certificate from the mosq,witness letters...)but unfortunately my visa was refused because they weren't satisfied, they think it's a mariage of convenience,Then we applied to go to court.My fiance has been visiting me in algeria while we are waiting for the reply.But she had an opperation last month in London then she had an infection,she had to fly to Dublin for the recovery also to be with her family ,she is still in hospital right now in Dublin,i don't know when they are gonna release her.
I am asking you from the bottom of my heart to see our case to grant me a visa to Ireland just to see my fiancé and be a normal couple.
We have been suffering alot of being away from each other since i left London.We are asking only for the right to live a normal life.We both cry at the airport everytime when she has to leave,it's so hard.
I want to know which documents should i send ?and which visa should i apply for,as i don't have a job?
