au Maroc pour une histoire de masque volé qu'elle avait soi disant acheté pour me faire une surprise a son retour
j'aimerais savoir si cette personne a vraiment séjourné au Togo a cette période et surtout si elle existe réellemnt
on devrait pouvoir retrouver si un colis au nom de cette personne a vraiment été bloqué en douane

elle m'a dit être descendu a l'hôtel a lomé pour affaire (vente de bijoux de luxe )
elle m'a demandé de l'argent pour débloquer un colis en douane ,puis pour son hotel et enfin pour son billet d'avion car soit diqant le premier était périmé car son séjous s'était prolongé pourriez vous me confirmer sa pésence entre le 10 novembre te le 19 décembre de cette année merci

Dear Mr. Leonov,

Next Week Monday being 15 September 2014 is the final deadline date for you to submit the affidavit for delay time extension for the balance payment of 10.800€ (EURO) for the endorsement of your PLOG by my presidential office. But if this AFFIDAVIT OF DELAY EXTENSION is not submitted to the Registrar General of the Presidency by this date I am afraid there will be nothing my office can further do in the matter of endorsing your PLOG.

You can then proceed to the Supreme Court of Togo by Wednesday the 17 September 2014 for a re-application filing process for your PLOG if at the end of Monday's official working hours this affidavit of Lay-time Delay Extension is not submitted to the office of the Registrar General of the Presidency.

All the payments information you have forwarded to me have been further forwarded to the appropriate offices for appropriation and record documentations on your inheritance for reference purpose.

I want to assure you that if you cannot meet up with this deadline date of 15 September 2014 for either the submission of this AFFIDAVIT OF DELAY EXTENSION (AODE) or the start up payment of the balance 10.800, you can now go to the Supreme Court of Togo for a due process re-application for the PRESIDENTIAL LETTER OF GUARANTEE (PLOG) for the legitimate release of your inheritance to you.

Your PLOG status will be submitted to the Supreme Court of Togo by Tuesday 16 September 2014 on your behalf for the court to appropriate the re-application for this PLOG in their due process application files if you fail to do either of the above important obligations before the end of official working hours by Monday.

The ECOWAS Court's decision issued to you was based on the list of assets submitted to them by your late lawyer, JAMES SLOT; a new list of assets will be submitted to the ECOWAS Court of Justice by the Supreme Court of Togo when they shall issue and endorse their GRANT OF REPRESENTATION or LETTER OF ADMINISTARION (GOR/LOA) in your name as the beneficiary and heir. This is because at the submission of your PLOG to the PROBATE DEVISION of the Supreme Court of Togo for the issuance of their GOR/LOA to you, all assets of your deceased cousin, BOSKOV ROMAN LEONOV, will be searched and collated together on your behalf while copies of the original list of assets will be submitted to the ECOWAS Court of Justice for updating their Court's decision to you. Then all the assets listed will be combined together by the PROBATE DIVISION of the Supreme Court of Togo to issue and endorse their GOR/LOA to your name as the beneficiary and heir, and the ECOWAS BANK will be incharge to transfer your inheritance funds and assets to you based on the GOR/LOA issued to your name as the beneficiary and heir.

At that point in time, the ECOWAS BANK OF INDUSTRIES AND DEVELOPMENT (EBID) and all the financial and security companies where your late cousin’s funds (assets) were deposited or lodged if any, will be collected together by the ECOWAS BANK, EBID, and transferred to you.

So now, you have the choice to either secure your PLOG by my office for just a balance of 10.800€ (EURO) or risk the process of re-application which I believe will not be easier for you because of the time frame involved for both the re-application filing process and a new payment of 123.500€ (EURO). I would therefore advice you to better act fast positively now to avoid jeopardizing the prospects of your family inheritance.
