Hi my name is Didier Rostand Samou Fatcha I am cameroonian but I live in Turkey because of study. I came to the embassy of china Tuesday in order to file my application because I have obtained an admission to a university in China named CHINA MEDICAL UNIVERSITY and because of this i was awarded the JW202 form . But unfortunately my application was refused for lack of the JW201form. It was told to me that the cause of rejection is that my studies in China establishes itself over a period of six years and the JW202 form is used to request a short stay visa. I ask for more explanations at the university that accepted my request but i was told that The JW202 form is for self-supporting students while the JW201 is for government scholarship students. No difference in the study period. All the students apply for the self-supporting programs are Issued JW202 form.that is the answer i got from university so I would like to know if I can represent myself again for a new application or if there is something else I have to do.

I am in tourism istanbul to visit the shopping walk, as I was not pa find what I needed I would like to make me hong kong for 8 days before returning tourism in Gabon because my tourist visa will end in late September 2014.
As Gabon and Hong Kong are visa free I'd like to know if it is possible to take departing from Istanbul to Hong Kong, or pay the tourist visa at airport hong kong.
NB: No I just can not find where is the consulate hong kong istanbul
