I am retired and would like to know how my wife and I could move permanently to Findland?

I want to send 3-4 movie DVD's to my granddaughter living in Helsinki. These would be commercial movies not home movies. She is an American citizen. Questions I have are;
1. would there be import duty should would have to pay?
2. if so, could you estimate what amount?
