Hello,
I am a doctoral student who has recently been chosen for a CIMO fellowship until December 31, 2015.
However, now I must apply for the Finnish visa and will like to know when can I come to the Finnish embassy during the next year.

One of my team member is currently in Germany and would like to work in Finland. Can he apply for his work permit in Munich? How long does it take?
