Dear Mr. Kuosmanen
Perkinelmer /Wallac OY will enter into an agreement with China Minister of Health to improve the health of newborn babies in China.
This co-operation project will be the 3rd collaboration project between Wallac OY and MOH China. This is a kind request if you as an ambassador could represent Finnish authority in the our Contract signing ceremony taking place in Xi'an on Wednesday the 13th of April.
