it is extermely disappointing to wait over five months to obtain passport. I have been trying to call and speak with someone in the embassy about the issu, but no one is answering telefon or e-mails. can some one inform me why mine and my childs passport is delayed?

Jag är från Eritrean och jag skickade mina dokument allt pass,foto,recept till er.Jag ville åka till Ettiopia ansöka visa till december men ni har svarat ingen fortfarande. Ni svara aldrig telefon.Hur kan jag veta om det mina visam passar eller inte för att jag ansökan till december men tiden går fort.

I wonder how can one can contact the embasy, It has been very challanging fou us to call because we waitited a lonng time on telephon and did not get the answer. The reason is we are waiting for a pass port and ....
