I renew my passport last January 5, 2015 but untill now April 18 i did not take..becoz my sponsor he don't want my iqama until i will give the passport..Pls i need your help staff of embassy..

Payment receipt voucher no. is 103024 I have submitted my request for the issuance of a new passport before four months and I am still waiting. Could you please advise who to contact and with whom to follow up.
