Dear Sir/madam, I have sent my passport for renewal on July 10 and waiting for it. My study permit will be ending at the end of September, thus I have to apply some days before its expiry. I am a bit frustrated it the passport delay up to that day. Could there be mechanisms to speed it?

I called several times to get a piece of information regarding entry Visa to Ethiopia and there was no one to respond, that's really frustrating.
