so i leave in USA but my wife live there and she don't have a paper some bad people take it so what can we do to get her out from there and she can go back to Ethiopia?

i have science meeting in lebanon. But here in ethiopia i couldnt find the consulate to give me visa. what is the solution?
If I am traveling from Lebanon to Ethiopia with an American passport do I need to apply for a visa and how much does it cost
it is true that Ethiopian are not coming anymore to Lebanon. please clarify. I am not able to bring back my maid . i have to renew all her papers but they inform for the moment being cannot come? and for how long the embassy is not permitting them to enter Lebanon?
