I'm yemeni national living in yemen ,but now I'm in Jordan ,I want to travel to Ethiopia where I was born and grew up to visit my mother who is Ethiopian national .I was told that there is no Ethiopian embassy in Jordan. Hence can I get entry visa to Ethiopian through your respected embassy.What are the criteria ?

I married an Ethiopian,I have a baby and I live in Addis.I also opened a business. I can't drive my car because no agreement with Lebanon.Isn't there a special case for foreigners? Can't the Embassy recommend me to drive? Please help me.
