Good afternoon Security does not want to follow up on my reports.
I can not post my passport and renew my ID card
I work for the UN here in Turkey. Before that I have an Investment on agro Industry in producing and processing. To open an LC the banks in Ethiopia asked me a diaspora account. However, I am always everywhere and didn't have a diaspora account. I wonder how the Embassy can help me to solve this problem (to get the diaspora account)

Dear Sir/Madam,
I a Medical Doctor working with humanitarian organization (Relief international -USA) in South Sudan and a citizen of Azerbaijan.
For my vacation I wanted to visit your country, especially I am interested in visiting Lalabela which is a world level heritage. Unfortunately, to obtain a tourist visa from South Sudan is not possible. In connection with it, I wanted to know if it is possible to obtain a tourist visa from your embassy.
And is it possible I send my documents to your embassy by DHL, with all additional necessary documents (application form, recommendation letter etc.) for obtaining visa from your embassy.
