Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an Estonian citizen and am writing in order to inquire if it is possible to receive my Estonian passport in the Republic of Cyprus.
My passport has expired and a new one is being issued now. According to the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board website https://www.politsei.ee/en , a new passport can be mailed to any Estonian Consulate. I will be most grateful if you could tell me if it is possible to receive it in the Republic of Cyprus.
