Good Evening Mr.Treiman
Sorry to bother you but I am victim of a fraud from one of our citizen in Estonia .
Two month ago I saw a post on a website for horse to buy a saddle . I send half of the money to that person account in Estonia and , no saddle , no track number , phone answered but hang up when I start talking .
How can I do to report and file a complaint about that robbery please ?
Criminals are Alexander Gongojev & Karina Grety
