Hi Im Reza Naeemi from Iran

I am a 23 years old and my mother is Lebanese,Im a professional musician living in Iran.I had many performances in Tehran and other cities in Iran, and had composed an album for a film in Iran and a piano strings album for painting gallery in Sydney.And I had released albums in solo and with a band.
My question is can I apply for an English collage in Estonia and go there to improve my English meanwhile, working on my music plans as a performer or composer and then apply for a music degree in university?would it be possible for me to get the Estonian visa from embassy in Beirut?or it might be difficult to get the visa for a English course?

Demande concernant visa pour les pays Baltes: Estonie-Lettonie et Lithuanie
Messieurs,

Je suis le leader d'un groupe libanais qui désire voyager aux pays Baltes. Nous avons fait des contacts avec des agences de tourisme et nous avons réservé avec l'une d"elle.
Mais comment procéder pour obtenir le visa et où ? et est ce que le visa nous permet d'entrer dans les 3 pays Baltes (Estonia, Lithuania et Luthiania).
