JOB STATUS: You will be expected to enter into an initial job engagement with Nigerian Agip Oil Company otherwise upon your successful/ satisfactory performance and preference where the Government of Nigeria either by legislation or administrative pronouncement, provides for new and / or additional benefit including increase in salaries or direct that such benefit should be apply to private sector, the Nigerian Agip Oil Company and you shall meet to discuss the new measure.
You shall be entitled to travel and relocation expenses plus travel/contingencies allowances that are excluded of relocation expenses and flight ticket prior to your job commencement. As part of our service commitment/ incentive to encourage our employees who have met our official statuary requirement. Other employment benefits/entitlements include and not limited to:
Fully furnished accommodation (Family / Single Housing)
Medical, Dental and Optical care for employee/ Family.
Relocation Expenses.
Life/Health Insurance policy implementation.
Overtime Allowances benefit.
Work Hours: the working hour shall be 40hrs. Per week; Monday to Saturday including Sunday.
COMPASSIONATE LEAVE: In the event of death or serious illness of employees’ Father, Wife, Husband, Mother or Child, necessitating presence of Staff, Nigerian Agip Oil Company shall grant compassionate leave with pay up to a maximum of 72 working days per week.
INTERNATIONALIZATION OF EMPLOYEE:
You shall be given the opportunity for international assignments within the group for the acquisition of experience and exposure to enhance competence and not limited to job engagements as shall required by Nigerian Agip Oil Company be entitled to benefit on such issues.
DISCIPLINE: You are expected to recognize the right of the Nigerian Agip Oil Company to discipline Staff for infringement of company regulations; however the company shall formally discuss with the employee any disciplinary action to be taken thereafter which may result in suspension, termination or dismissal.
1. TERMINIATION: In addition, the company reserves the right to terminate the employment of any Staff who flagrantly or repeatedly fail to comply with the company’s code of conduct or commits an offence of magnitude that company considers him unsuitable to be its employment.
2. SUMMARY DISMISSAL:
In rare cases, an employee may be dismissed for the commission of a grave offence, in which ease no notice is given. Such offences shall include inter-alia.
a) Theft and fraud in connection with company’s business or property. Any Staff found guilty or implicated in any of these offences may liable to prosecution.
b) Disclosure of confidential information of the company or its associate to a third party.
c) Conviction and/ or imprisonment for criminal offence.

1. TERMINIATION: In addition, the company reserves the right to terminate the employment of any Staff who flagrantly or repeatedly fail to comply with the company’s code of conduct or commits an offence of magnitude that company considers him unsuitable to be its employment.
2. SUMMARY DISMISSAL:
In rare cases, an employee may be dismissed for the commission of a grave offence, in which ease no notice is given. Such offences shall include inter-alia.
a) Theft and fraud in connection with company’s business or property. Any Staff found guilty or implicated in any of these offences may liable to prosecution.
b) Disclosure of confidential information of the company or its associate to a third party.
c) Conviction and/ or imprisonment for criminal offence.

We are pleased to confirm your employment this 10th August, 2016 and hereby refers to your response to our employment interview form sent to you by our, Base on the detailed review and consideration of your interview form, the Management, Staff of Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited congratulates you on the successful employment.

The further proceeding is as follows:
Designation:

Salary: Salary shall be paid at USD $11,500 only. Dollar or Pounds monthly/take-home (After tax), pounds or Euros equivalent depending on home country and currency preference.

Job location:
Lagos/Dubai/Togo

Starting Date:
You are to start with Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited on the 24th August 2016.
Duration: 36 Months (Liable for upward review depending on your commitment and expertise).

Work Time: 21Days On /21Days Off. Any work performed beyond the normal work time, shall be due for an overtime benefit to be paid at $400.00 per hour.

Mobilization:
Agip has agreed to pay your air ticket and mobilizations allowance of $13,000USD in advance before you embark on journey to start duty. This is to enable him/she settles all domestic needs before travel. As no excuses will be entertained as relating to default.

Your Mobilization Allowance following the official rules/procedures will be transfer to your designated or country's account by our Nominated bank the Zenith Bank Plc. Upon acceptance of this employment you are advice to forward the proceeding documents such as, International passport, First Aid Certificate, Basic Offshore Certificate, Non Citizen Clearance Certificate. You shall be due and entitle to employee mobilization allowance to ensure glitch arrangement of your travel before the starting date. However, your starting date is very close; therefore you are to make possible arrangements so as to meet– up with the given date(s).

Accommodation: First class accommodation will be provided for you. Quality single or family
Accommodation in Agip Housing Estate only as necessitated by Employee.

Compensation and Packages:

. Access to some of the finest social and recreational facilities.
. Free medical care for you and your family.

Travel Papers and Documents:
Nigerian Agip Oil and Gas Exploration limited shall pay for any expenses involved in the processing of your Visa. We shall be forwarding your data to the Nigeria Immigration for the preparation of your Visa. Nevertheless, any further expenses required shall be handled by you which shall be reimburses to he/she as soon as arrive for duty.
Travel Allowance: Employer for each intercontinental trip is entitling to $4,000.00USD flat rate travel/entertainment allowance, to employee.

Note: You must act according to our instruction, any employee who do not provide his/her Certificate in the space of 7 working days shall be left behind. Any expatriate who do not have any of the Required Certificate are expected to contact the Federal High Court of Nigeria in charge of the processing of the Required Certificate for further arrangement of their Non Citizen Clearance Certificate document as no expatriate shall be allowed to work in Nigeria without proper documentation.

On the Acknowledgment of this confirmation letter, you are advice to proceed in forwarding the required documents needed to enable proceeding.
