Good afternoon, I am Mexican,I don't need visa, but I have three kids, they are Syrian, but I'm going to Netherlands to visit my brother. My question is, can you give visa to my kids.

i'm writing from venezuela hoping your colaboraction in explaining what should i do to help my mother having a visa to aruba. i live in venezuela and my mother came to visit me from libanon as she usually do every 2 or 3 years ,right now she has a turist visa for 1 year with multiple entrance to venezela, so my family and me are planing to visit aruba and curacao on vacation for 15 days ,i caled the holland embassy en caracas to ask for a visa to my mother and they told me that she can have a visa to aruba from the holland embassy en libanon or if she has a resident visa or transeunt visa here in venezuela ,i tried to find her the resident visa or the transeunte en venezuela but this proces is suspended for the moment . she was born en aruba and she has her birth certificat ,she left aruba since she has 12 years and she didnt came back ,to here it is like a drean to go back and visit aruba agian and we thought that its gonna be easy to her finding a visa to aruba from venezuela ..so what should we do in such a case is there any solution ???? can we send the holland embassy en lebanon her pasport and birth certificate from venezuela with some familiar in libanon with a proxi that she autorized him to stamp the visa to aruba and curazao sure en case that the holland embassy accept giving her a visa just only for 15 days???? .i'll be waiting for your answer and solution please and thank you for your attencion..
