EMBAJADA DE GHANA EN ESPAÑA
Me complace comunicarles que la Embajada de Ghana en España ha sido condenada, nuevamente, por Sentencia nº 486 de fecha 6 de Julio de 2.009 dictada por la Sala de lo Social del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid en el Recurso de Suplicación nº 2706/2009 seguido a instancia de esta parte, en cuya resolución se ha declarado expresamente que la Embajada de Ghana en España -demandada y condenada- ha incurrido en “patentes desviaciones de la legalidad”.

De dichos actos son responsables MUHAMMAD ADAM (Jefe de Cancilleria) y FRANCIS ALEX TSEGAH (Embajador), quienes han vulnerado los derechos fundamentales de una trabajadora local española.

Estos individuos, quisieron ocultar la agresión que su amigo y compañero de la Embajada de Ghana en España SETH ODOI ANANG cometió contra una ciudadana Española.

I am sure with Professor Mills all the Ghanaian citizens living abroad who believe in the progress of Ghana through structural changes based on honesty, transparency and social justice will see their wish come true.

These values are so needed in some of Ghana’s diplomats abroad today, especially in the Embassy of Ghana in Spain where it is urgent to have people who can represent Ghana with the dignity a country of her calibre deserves.

We long to see Ghana send out diplomats who are capable of seeking national (not personal) interests, resolving discrepancies, defending the truth, justice and fundamental human rights and not resorting to violence, in the name of diplomatic immunity, allowing themselves to be taken to court by Spanish citizens, a situation that has led to unprecedented sentences of great impact in the European society.
