I am pleased to address the Honorable Consulate of Belgium in occasion to inquire, my friend Harold Spinnael, e-mail: harry_spinn@hotmail.com, He came to Johannesburg, South Africa, the day August 4, 2016, your request is that he has Belgian license and need to certify your license the Belgian Consulate so you can drive a car in South African territory without any problem.

In this regard, I wish to give me the necessary information and if Mr. Harold Spinnael can send via e-mail copy of your drivers license Belgium and you can make a certification in English language so it can be recognized his Belgian license territory South African.
