Comments on this Embassy
I agree with the spoiled manners, misinformation giving, and lack of knowledge in the office. Anyway, Is there anyone who knows how to make online appointments for the office, I couldn't find the page. please let me know if you know.
Hello everyone at our beloved consolate I sen greetings t you. Am writing from Kampala Uganda. Am a single Eritrean citizen and I would like to travel to Netherlands but I have no information as o whether I can be able t access a visa at my current residence where am not a citizen. Please I appreciate any information lendered to me kindly.May God bless you.
I AM an Eritrean citizin who called the Embassy in Den HAag and got a very ill-mannered talk. The reception is the worst i have ever encountered in my life. This makes me a very disappointed Eritrean. Please teach or train the people who are working there to have some manners and answer what the clients ask. This Embassy is a poor reflection of Eritrean community. Shame on you
I am new in hollanda sikler refuge campe but ana wekilina slitane kisadede sla zdalako embassy mthibbare kigbralaye ylabo 0031684883535
I agree with mohammed.
Please put somebody who speaks descent languages, who has a manner, who has, alteast minimum education at the reception desk.
The front desk is the face of the whole Embassy. It reflects the qualifications of the staff memebers who are the back offices. So, select atleast a person writes and reads, who receives telephone calls, and the customers professionally. A person who KNOWS that, they are there to serve the people, that they dont own the place.
