I'm speechless...I truly don't understand why an establishment that is authorized to do business here in the US who like Edgardo said below is supposedly here to help the people of their country is even allowed to step foot in this country. As a proud American and as a citizen I am repelled at how horrific matters are being handled here. It's almost as if they come in every morning with a goal of how many people they can deny their passport. The lack of efficiency and consistency with all the consulates here in Texas is absurd. It's ridiculous.

Se trajeron las viejas del mercado a trabajar al consulado, no experiencia , mal educadados , no sirben para nada, no saber contestar el telefono y como no saben leet ni escribir se toman mas de 8 horas en atender a 3 personas en todo el dia, asi hasta las prostitutas les gustaria ese Trabajo , dinero facil verdad .

ME PARECE INCREIBLE Y LAMENTABLE QUE EXISTA UN LUGAR COMO ESTE EN U.S.A Y NO TENER LA CAPACIDAD DE ORGANIZARSE PARA AYUDAR A SU JENTE, HE ESTADO COMO LOCO LLAMANDO PARA PEDIR INFORMACION SIN LOGRAR CONECTARME CON ALGUIEN, LAS PORQUERIAS DE NUMEROS SUENAN, SUENAN SIN QUE ALGUIEN CONTESTE QUE RAYOS PASA CON UTDS. A CASO NO ES PARA ESO QUE ESTAN ESTOS LUGARERES SINO ES ASI, QUE MADRES HACE PONIENDO # DE TELEFONOS ES MEJOR QUE DIGAN "NO LLAMEN POR QUE NO ATENDEMOS LLAMADAS" SON UNA TERRIBLE VERGUENZA. ESPERO QUE ALGUIEN ALGUIEN HAGA ALGO AL RESPECTO. Y SI NO QUE LOS DEPORTEN A TODOS YA QUE ALLA EN EL SALVADOR ENCAJARIAN A LA PERFECCION BUENOS PARA NADA.
