Is it possible to have an ITIN # through the consulate? If so what do I need.
Be sure to have photocopies of the front and back pages of your passport. Also, copy of your birth certificate. No appointments are needed for the Chicago office at this time.
Please be advised, that the office opens at 8am and start processing people as they arrive. Passports are not issued till 2pm. Please be prepared to wait all day. I suggest not showing up earlier than 8am.
To get cheap parking in the parking garage. You have to arrive at the parking garage before 8am. It should be $14 for all day parking till 7pm. Park in "SELF PARK" garage on the same block as consulate.
