Voter registration
My daughter, Natasha Teresa Harvick, turned 18 in May. She was born in Seguin Texas and would like to vote in the next US presidential election. As we have resided in Aracaju since 1999,she has no US address. She has a current US passport. Is it possible for her to registar to vote through the consulate in Salvador or another US consulate?
