قمت بتحويل مبلغ 3600$ فى حساب مكتب تجارى لشراء مواسير صلب وكانت شروط الدفع ان ندفع باقى المبلغ بعد استلام صورة من بوليصة الشحن ولكن الشركة بعد ان استلمت العربون طلبت باقى المبلغ او انه لم ترسل لنا البضاعة مما جعلنى اشك فى نواياهم وطلبت منهم ان افتح اعتماد لكنهم رفضوا والى الان لم يرسلوا لنا العربون او صورة البوليصة مقابل باقى المبلغ .. ماذا افعل د
وعندى صورة التحويل والفاتورة موقعه ومختومة من الشركة الصينية

Send this complaint to you the sake of good cooperation between the two countries ( China and Egypt) are represent a common model at the highest level of progress in the economic and cultural relations

We are writing to you today to complain Company “Shanghai Samgor Technology Co., Ltd.” because it has been contracted for the sale of electrical instrument test and have been sent a full refund for more than 3 months and until now has not been sending device.

22/9/2014 Samgor refused deliver T.N.T device and Imposed to other forwarder by his side with additional Cost and we agree to finish this deal
15/10/2014 Samgor imposed to make forwarder (SHANGHAI HUIZE INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS CO.,LTD.)
And require additional cost and create another P.O for forwarder
27/10/2014 Samgor has been sent Invoice & Packing List and tell us the device is shipped
Then forwarder not response
4/11/2014 Samgor told us today the device is shipped
3/12/2014 Samgor sent ” for the products, they are ready, but not delivered yet, the reason is that it is closed to the end of year, and our custom office do strictly inspection, we have some documents missing ,so it is now released
”
9/12/2014 We sent we apply penalty according to P.O. “1% for each delay week after 7 day from money transferred ”----- Samgor not response
10/12/2014 We sent last Alert to beginning shipment ------ samgor not response
16/12/2014 Samgor sent the last solution in 22/12/2014
25/12/2014 We sent Cancellation P.O
26/12/2014 Samgor sent ” for the products now they have left our company and go to your side
” then require the tracking number of shipment and contact of forwarder to ensure -------- samgor not response
Now samgor not response until now

ارسلت التحويل ولم اتسلم البضاعة
كنت ارغب فىشراء بعض المعدات الزراعية من الصىن لخدمة محصول القصب وبحثت فى النت الى ان وجدت بعض الشركاي الصينية عن طريق موقع على بابا وانهالت العروض على البريد الالكترونى الى ان اتفقت مع شركةchina science tropical agricultural machinery و على كل شىء بعد فترة مفاوضات وارسلت لها المال التفق عليه وبعد ذلك لم يردوا على وبعد فترة ابلغونى ان البنك الصينى رفض صرف التحويل لوجود خطاء بالتحويل وطالبونى بارسال مبلغ اخر لاتمام الصفقة بالاتصال بالبنك المحول ابلغنى ان التحويل سلىم وبالاتصال على الشركة ابلغتنى ان البنك لم يصرف المبلغ والبنك الصينى لم استطع التواصل معه والان لا اعرف كيف اتصرف ومن يحصل لى على اموالى او لاى جهة الجأ الشركة هى china science tropical agricultural machinery.
وهذه شركة من المفترض انها شركة كبرى وقديمة الا انهم لم يهتموا لاموالى ارجو من لديه خبرةعن هذا الموضوع e mail aswan234@yahoo.comارشادى الى مايمكن عمله

لو سمحت انا استوردت من شركه WNQ للاجهزه الرياضيه و معدات كمال الاجسام حاويه و دفعت ثمنها و بعد وصولها لمصر اكتشفت عدم وجود قطع غيار من المطلوبه و المدفوع سعرها و بعد مراسلتهم تم تجاهل الرساله برجاء اتخاذ الازم
