My daughter, 21, is going to give birtharound 28.9 2013. She is there now, so the birth will take place in a hospital in Hurghada. She wants her baby to become a Norwegian citizen,to have a Norwegian passport. She has a break in her studies in Oslo,but will continue her studies here in Oslo, next year.She wants to be able to spend some time in Egypt and some time in Oslo.
What are the exact rules? Does she have to go to the Norwegian Embassy in Kairo? But due to the terror threats there, she cannot go there for a while. Can you please give me some information about what to do? She went back to Egypt 28.9 after spending the summer here in Oslo.
