I'm a sudanese citizen, I would like to visit egypt for ten days at the end of NOV. Can I get a visit visa upon arrival to Cairo, as many of my Sudanese freinds indicated? Or do I have to go to Jeddah to obtain a visa prior to traveling? If in fact I do need a visa prior to arrival, what is the processing time, and what are the consulate's hours?
