Hi Sir,
We are a buying agency (company registered in Netherland) and our office based in Hong Kong; we have some invoices for footwear products to Egypt need to be legalized, those shipments date were 2008 – 2012 (22 sets) and there country of origin are in Vietnam and China respectively . Could you please let us know how to legalize those invoices from your Embassy in Hong Kong? e.g. Any supporting document need to be provided? Any process needs to be followed?

Hi Sir,
How are you?
We are doing business with the company comes from Egypt but we have encountered some problems regarding to "C/O and CIQ" import documents to Egypt. We don't have any experience on these document because when we deal with other countries, we don't need any of these import documents at all. We just provide commercial invoice for customs duty to out export countries.
We are selling car parts products to Egypt, and the products supplied from China and Taiwan; Does this mean we need the C/O and CIQ from China and Taiwan when products made in these 2 areas?
What if we apply C/O re-export in Hong Kong, do we still need to apply C/O and CIQ from China?
The products have beed prepared since January 2011 this year and still stuck at our warehouse now today due to these C/O and CIQ issue, I hope your department can help us on this, really appreciate that, thanks.
