2. asked for samples
3. Is now having some customs issues...
As Africa's poorest country I suspect this will go nowhere but we're a money up front company so not going to get caught. I'd just like to know if it's at all genuine.

Please help me to understand if my customer(STE GOLDENGROUP SARL) in Benin ask me to have the invoice legalised from one lawyer in Benin ( PASCAL ASSOCIATE) is not a cheating. Is it a necessary for the bank to transfer payment in this way.
