WE IMPORTING CO, AND WE IMPORTED FULL CONTAINER OF HEAD SHOVEL FROM,TANGSHAN TENGJI FORGED AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS MANUFACTURING CO,.NOW THE GOODS ON MY PORT IN EGYPT, BUT THE DOCUMENTS ARE LATE,WHEN I ASKED THEM THEY SAID CONTACT YOUR EMBASSY,BECOUSE WE PUCHED THE DOCUMENTS FOR THE EMBASSY CERTIFICATION SINCE 20 DAYS AGO ,AND THE EGYPTION EMBASSY DO NOT REPLY UNTIL NOW.AND THIS LATE WILL LOSE MY COMPANY LARGE MONEY SO, PLEASE MY SIRS HELP ME AND TRY TO TELL ME ARE THE DOCUMENTS FINSHED OR NOT?

This is Max from hongfat hardware and machinery manufacturing co.ltd. I like Egypt. I have been to Egypt two times. I have good business with a few Egypt company.
While, We sold a machine to one Egypt company. Details as following.

The payment terms is 100% LC at sight. We shippet out the machine on 16th of June.
Our bank, HSBC(Hong Kong), have sent all the LC document to the LC opening bank (SOCIETE ARABE INTERNATIONALE DE BANQUE. MOHANDESEEN BRANCH ) on 25th of June. Now the machine reach Alexandra 14th Of August.
I push them to pay the LC since then. They told me they will check or they will pay each time. They told me they already paid 16th of August, But our bank did not get a coin from them till now. If they really paid, the payment should arrivel 2 days ago.
As the great embassy from the great country, would you please give me some suggestion?

we established Petroleum Services Company in Egypt , and we have authorization letter from a Chinese company for marketing its products and services in Egypt .
Currently, we under registration processing in EGPC (Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation), and EGPC required documenting this authorization letter from Egyptian Embassy in China . Please what is required for documenting this authorization letter from Egyptian Embassy? Who responsible person for this issue? I 'd Like to Ask you for prompt reply for our complain, We are Maville company for furniture manufacture in Egypt and we export CNC machines from : E.S.G INTL LOGISTICS (GZ) CO., LTD in China and as our deal with them Mr YAN/ZIHONG ,technical from this Company, will come to install the machines and train our engineers for this machines and we take for his visit to Egypt all arrangements for his visa and book for him ticket in date suitable with machines arrival in 1 April, but our Embassy in Beijing inform him that he will get visa in 1 April and because of this he may not catch the flight and that will delay machine installation for a month , So we need visa before Tuesday 30 March to avoid great lose for our company as the day as you know make different with us.
So I want with great respect to take this problem in your regards.....and take arrangment for Mr Yan visa.
And I try to contact with embassy by mail,but I have mail failer and contact by fax & telephone but also I cant reach to any thing
