Visa
You could get your visa from the cairo airport in Egypt or any other ariport you arrive in..But it is prefered that you get the visa from your country first the Egyptian Embassy

The embassy has been relocated to the following address Sorachai Building, 31st Floor, 23/122-125 Sukhumvit 63, (Ekamai), Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok
I think Bangkok bank is in the first floor..Its near you could take the Sky train to it.

Your entry visa for Egypt
Citizens of some countries can get a visa upon their arrival to Egypt but citizens of most of countries have to be in possession of a pre-arrival visa to Egypt.Read below to see if you can get an entry visa at airport or you're required to get a pre-arrival visa.http://www.ask-aladdin.com/visas_and_passports.htm

visa??
Is there an Egyptian Embassy in Thailand? I can not find anything and I have looked for hours now. Listed phone numbers do not work. I have turned up two different addresses. No website. This is not the way to promote tourism my friends. We have gotten visas in the past from Japan, Netherlands, China, Denmark, Italy and Greece. All very well organized and clear. Hello Egypt????
