i am Filipina, living now with my family in Quito.
we prepare all our papers so we can live here for long, but i have a problem with my daughter. we need to get a new documents from Philippines. Now we have it all done and we need only to apostillize it. Can you please give us an appointment for this? Because my daughter need to go to School by next month November 2017.
