Dear Sri/ Madam,
I have identified that you are the closest Ecuadorian mission to the UAE for me to get a visit visa to visit my friend in October 2013.
Please do let me know if there is a alternate method for me to get a visa here locally in Dubai.
I am an Indian national with a UAE working resident visa
If I do have to come in person to Lebanon, please do let me know whether you could make an exception and allow me to visit on the weekend as I am working during weekdays.
Please do let me the know about the list of documents you would like me to prepare, and the standard format of the invitation letter that my friend will provide from Quito.
I thank you for your help and support.
Regards,
Abdul Qadhir Bukhari
