Apostille stamp needed
Any thoughts on how to reach either the Dominican embassy or the authorities in the Dominican Republic to obtain an Apostille stamp on my 1974 divorce papers? I have called and left a message at the embassy in Washington at least 6 times, no one calls back. I sent an email to them and it was rejected by the server, even though I ised the address supplied on their web page. I also sent an email to the authorities in the Dominican Republic, no reply.
Does anyone even work in these offices? Any help would be appreciated, I am running out of time.
