hoy mi visita al consulado fue de muy mal gusto, mientras uno esperaba, de los 10 cubiculos con trabajadores solo una estaba trabajando, mientras las otras barajaban, habian 4 viendo un video en youtube de desrizado, esto es lo ultimo.
Don't bother calling, their is no one ever in the office. When one tries to call, all you get is a recording that promptly hangs up on you. Your best bet is to personally walk in.
Its a horrible experience to get a power of attorney. I've been to the consulate twice and called once. Guess what happened next??? Exactly! No one know what their doing, and at the end I walked out empty handed. Good luck on your trip
