For years it has been incredibly difficult to contact the diplomatic missions of the Dominican Republic in Jamaica.
The entire situation with the difficulty in contacting missions in Jamaica needs to rectified urgently by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
We need a restoration of the Embassy/Consular listing in the front of the Telephone directory beside the Government listings.
The phone service is totally unappreciatve with the exixtence of a single land line as posted on the web namely 1 876 946 2714. This needs to be addressed as it does nothing for customer service or access.
