REQUIREMENTS FOR TOURIST VISA (TS)
1. Form 509-REF
2. 1 Picture
3. Passport (with legible copy)
4. Copy of the round trip flight reservation
5. Copy of hotel reservation or tour package
6. Employment Letter (from your employer or company)
7. Bank draft / or bank statement
8. Certificate of no criminal record
9. USD $70.00 Visa Fee (upon approval of the visa)
** NOTE: According to Presidential Decree 691-07, individuals in possession of a valid US, UK, SCHENGEN, or Canadian visa do not need a visa to enter the Dominican Republic. The person will need to buy a tourist card upon arrival in the Dominican Republic (price: USD $10.00)
