Hi I have a question regarding a peice of land in dominica that my mom passed on to me, my mom is still alive and the title of the property is still on her name, I want to transfer the title to my name, is there a way that I can have process done in Canada? My mom I both live in Canada. Thanks

A friend went for the citizenship test and was refused and told that he had to provide a police report from Dominica. The only way it seems that this can be done is in person. I thought that by paying the fees the police check was actually covered by the RCMP or Citizenship Canada. This leaves a gap between policing agencies with the person picking up the document themselves and drives the cost to the individual up. There is a potential for rich criminals to pay lawyers for falsified documents as is happening in some of the other communities.

Hi, I am a medical student from Canada who will be doing a 4 week medical elective in a hospital in Dominica. During this time we will still be considered students of Canada, but the exchange is organized through a school in Dominica. Does this visit require a student visa?

A friend just got one while living in Canada for 150 good for one year
we are living now in the DR, we would like to apply for one.
