Hlw, sir. I am science student and I completed my +2 level with second Division. So, I want to study in Denmark. What should I do for this, and what are the process to get study visa of Denmark.

I have completed +2 in 2009. i want to apply for cultural visa in Denmark though i don't have any language test result (Ielts, toefl) so please whar are the further requirements for this type of Visa? so please inform me that i am eligible for this visa or not?

I have submitted the required document and filled form to refund the application fee in January 2014. But there is no response till now.Why this process is so late and by when do I get my money refund?
