I also got this type job offer at 11 am today. The lady told me it is top secret. No information is available in internet or their website. She will provide all information. If I do not make medical test today they will cancel this offer.
So, there is no doubt that it is 100% cheating.....
I have received a similar e-mail today from hr@mikrorealstate.biz. When I communicate with this number 019156893479 she said that same words like that,it's a contractual job for 25 years & I can take my family after 6 months. They also told me its a government trough process. I am confused about this

I also got a offer letter from lirarealestate. Lira, lids ha both are fake. There is no company lidsha by name in Canada. Besides there is no address in Qatar for lira and lidsha. If you want to know something they will give you sms"your file will be canceled athoco they mentioned in offer letter that u r selected. Bhai era medical test er name procur tk.hatiea nicche. I also got a similar message from +8801623920543. The offer letters language doesn't seem to be professional or official at all. even the text had multiple spelling mistakes and wrong grammar.

I have got the same message...
it looks something unmatched... according to the situation.
1. sms says job in Singapore but offer letter says job in QATAR.
2. I have called the guy on the number provided- he didn't received the call at first few times, actually he was justifying my interest.
3. They were in hurry, which seems he was just about to miss the trai.
4. sms and offer letter language is not in for of official correspondence
all these factors proves that, they are not authentic.
if something come soo easy then, it goes away very easily....
I have also recv.same email
I got The same sms and email ,but not have been any sender address.
When i did not any respons to their address and number
then they send me another sms that they closed my file .
I think it's a letest catagory fake.
Fee feeh for like this ''ruvish'' Bangladeshi.
