Dear Madam, dear Sir,
please appollogize me for not using my minimal knowledge in Russian language.
I am taking part in long term programs in Ornithology with the Biological Station Rybachy (Kourish Spit) and the University of Oldenburg, Germany. Actually I applied for double entry visa for me and my wife at the regional Russian Consulate at Hamburg for the period mid of June and End of September 2016. I hopefully shall receive visa by mid of June.
My question to You: Is it possible to travel to Rybachy by boat? My plan is to go to Klaipeda / Nida (Lithuania) by my own private sailing yacht by beginning of July. As a preparation to the ornithological institute's 60 - years jubilee meeting in September which I have the honour to be invited to, I should like to go to there for a short preparational visit in July on the occasion of my summer holiday trip to the south eastern baltic sea.
My boat has registrations for international traffic:

and no bunker or provisions needed
presence in russian waters could be limited below 72 hours
recent navigational charts are on board, electronical and paper version
harbour area including coast guard boats and border troops are present at Rybachy

In case such plan could be allowed by your authorities in general, I would like to ask you for any additional regulations to fulfill to avoid complications.
