Visa for Philipines?
Hello, I live in Frankfurt with a permanent residence permit - but a Chinese passport holder. I understood I can enter Philipines without visa with a return ticket to Germany. However, am I allowed to enter Philipines departure from China or America? with return tickets to Germany?
