Passage through Neum
Your Excellency,
Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am addressing you about the following question:

I am German, my wife is Kosovo Albanian. At the beginning of April 2013 we want to travel with our private vehicle from Germany to Kosovo and we would prefer to go through Croatia along the Adriatic coast. Our way would also lead us through the area of Neum, which is the Territory of Bosna and Herzegovina, in order to re-enter Croatia again after aproximately 10 km.

Unfortunately, my wife has lost most of her old Yugoslavian documents and those she still has have expired meanwhile. Her valid travel documents are all issued by the authorities of Kosovo.

Can we nevertheless coming from the territory of Croatia - pass through the area of Neum in Bosnia Herzegovina in order to re-eneter Croatia and continue our trip to Kosovo?

If so, could you please let us know, what the conditions are from your side?
