I married with Irish citizen and i just want travel to sczech to visit my friend. Staff at the embassy wasn't nice to me at all. She want me verify my original marriage cert otherwise i have to pay the fees. ridiculous and now i check the address she gave to me. that location in Stephen green and i have pay around 40-60 to verify my Original Marriage cert. how ridiculous is that. Irish spouse can go aroun europe without visa fees and i just visit Czech for a week holiday. im applying irish citizenship here and my husband living here. I dont know what the point they make it hard on me. all my friends don't have to verify their marriage cert at all. the way she deal with me totally unfair. Or I could verified my marriage cert at private solicitor office that is cheaper than the Dep of foreigner affair. I just want a short holiday to meet my friends, that's all. i dont know she wasn't nice to me and didn't give me enough information while i tried to ask her more details because i was clueless when she kept talking and i didn't get it. I hasn't start my trip yet but dealing with those hassal just really annoying me.
