Dear sir/madam
I am American citizen I have twins they are also Americans me and my parents (have green card) are tropped in aleppo all ways are closed in front of us we want to go Back home please can you take us out from here?I called American Ambassy in Lebanon they told me to talk with you.I have sister in Aleppo she has infant she isn't American and in this situation she can't apply for visa is there any way to help her I am very grateful for your help
