Hello,
I am a Czech citizen visiting Venezuela. I write in English so others can understand. I have had a bad experience with National Guards who are stopping/checking buses on the roads. They demanded customs declaration etc. which I singed and left at the airport upon arrival as everybody else. Then they wanted a "gift in US dollars".
