To whom it may concern, My name is Marcela Sykora and I was born in Czech Republic in 1977, Prague. Since my birth, I have been adopted twice, both times in the Czech Republic, I believe. I am in need of locating my birth certificate and I was hoping you could assist me with this matter. I would greatly appreciate any help possible as my partner and I would like to get married, but can not do so without the proper paper work.
