I am supposed to attend the "NOHA Spring School on Humanitarian Action" in Olomouc, Czech Republic on the 12 to 15 of may 2014.
I am Ghanaian with permanent residence status in Barcelona. Spain. I will like to know if I will still need a visa to attend this programme.
