I HAVE TRIED TO BOOK VISA APPOINTMENT FOR THE PAST WEEK VIA THE VISA POINT WITHOUT A SUCCESS , WHAT SHOULD I DO

My boss is attending WONCA conference along with many other family physicians in June. (25-29).
Lr the past three weeks the visa point has been telling me no appointments are available, try in a few days.
I have been in this cycle for the oady three weeks.
Please advise on what to do.
WOrld Family Doctors' conference is holding in Prague between 25th to 29Th June, 2013. Members fRom Nigeria who have been invited are finding it difficult to book for Visa interview and may eventually obtain Visa after the conference has ended.
