I'm travelling to Cyprus in June from an Shengen country. The Cypriot Embassy in South Africa indicated that I do not need a Cypriot Visa. I would like to get this in writing or on a letterhead from the Cypriot high commission , so as to avoid troubles at the airport. Please assist.(the South African Cyprus Embassy indicated that they cannot give me anything in writing)

CAN SOMEONE PICK UP THE PHONE
I believe the working hours are Monday to Friday 9-12. I have been trying to call the embassy for the past two days now. I have the correct phone numbers. There seems to be not a soul available to answer a phone. I was sent an email with half the information needed so one would think that they could be available via telephone for assistance??? What is going on!
