As a Mauritian passport holder and a Residence Permit of Uk, will I need a visa to visit Cyprus for 4 days? Or can I get a visa on arrival for short stay at the airport?

I have a flat in Larnaca,Cyprus, which is about to be granted the title deed. My Cypriot solicitor has advised me that for this I would require certification of my Power of Attorney by the Cyprit embassy. Could you please advise the details of how I can obtain it from the Embassy. My email address is:
